Total off the wall comment on topic: Disclaimer: naturally, as an old man, what I do isn't technically "revision". It's an "anecdotal source". Here's how I look at governance (despite any and all efforts to present alternate schema as the operative ones)" Capitalism: The rich* control the means of production. Socialism: The rich* control the means of production. Communism: The rich* control the means of production. The face in the complaint window changes, the rhetoric changes, but, otherwise, every worker dreams of being an owner and every owner is glad he's not a worker. I've never seen it any different. *Defined as "pwnership" (pun intended). You might throw in terms like oligarchy or oppressors, but no government holds power without the acquiescence of its most powerful financial entities, be they citizens' councils or boards of directors. A government dominated by foreign interests is no government at all. It's banditry.

A farm is a mini-authoritarian state. That's the main reason farm boys leave the farm, to get away from a dictator/cult leader drunk on his own authority. I know a few (two very well, two not as well) farming families, btw. Some work together. Some fall apart. Innovation is weak and tradition is strong. The father rules the roost-"my way or the highway". I've seen one socialist farm run by a mom and three brothers and a couple cousins (Freedom Farms). They vote on policy. They're all nice folks, too. Grow their own produce, raise and butcher their own beef, pork, fowl, make cheeses, vend milk . . . I buy from them at the weekly flea market.

Arguing with fools can only brand you with their iron. That said, I'm happy to argue anytime. Got an iron right here. You assemble arguments and pursue them to completion. Admirable. Trolls love to bait a guy like that. Trolls are not reasonable, TIK. They validate by ruining your mood. They require no insider knowledge, worldly experience, or other sterling/notable quality. When you address a troll, you validate him. From a cultural anthropological perspective, I suspect the recent proliferation of trolls and trolling is a curb on the optimal size for an interactive human social grouping. A human population control mechanism has finally been tripped. Who knows; it might end up saving us. I doubt it. Trying to moderate the comments section by use of reason and annotation is laudable, but futile, The whole purpose of unlimited congress seems to be the enabling of trolls. Yours is the more salient task-making convincing arguments and then giving up the floor to critics . . . and trolls. May the future favor the right.
