  1. My personal view . . . History is a can of whitewash . . . Beneath the velvet gloves of diplomacy, the hands of the major nations are far bloodier than Jack the Ripper's. Major nations support dissident groups everywhere they see an advantage . . . using every sort of tactic from from Radio Free Europe to clandestine trade in arms and drugs and drugs for arms, to outright invasion. Before it was "Us and Them" it was The UK, France, and a Prussia dominated German union rolling dice on the world stage. That was the stage on which Napoleon strutted, and Disraeli, and Metternich and Bismarck drew lines on a map inside of banquet halls over cigars and brandy. An era that culminated in World War One. These United States of America owes its/our existence to a game of economic struggle, the clandestine support of dissident factions in governments, campaigns of espionage and assassination, the enfranchisement of piracy, the waging of proxy wars and "interventions", played between Great Britain and France. Lenin was given money and a printing press, locked in a private coach and sent into Tsarist Russia by Germany. The intent was to have him foment rebellion, rouse the "rabble" to embark on a rising wave of civil protest and unrest. The goal was to weaken Nicholas II's sovereignty in advance of a future German invasion. Millions died in the revolution that followed. So was born the Soviet Union. Do not mistake the smiles on the faces of tigers for friendship and understanding. Those are the smiles of predators who wear down the strong and prey upon the weak.
