  1. I love books. I love HC books, I love a nice softcover. I’ll take a mass media pb but I prefer a HC or SC. I love books. Never read an e-book. I have no desire to read books online. But books, I’ve loved them all my life, for the last sixty years. I think I loved books before I could read. They were inviting; they held things unknown that were exciting and even secretive. Oh, ‘Blood and Thunder,’ Kit Carson’s story by Hampton Sides. I love his books. What a great author. Sorry, I couldn’t help but think of that. /;~).

  2. You I thoroughly understand. /;~). Edit: Do you find sadness in finding excellent HCs in secondhand stores that have been inscribed, lovingly? I do. I always wonder why a book can be so easily discarded in such a way.
