@lilporky8565 Vaccines don’t strengthen the immune system, they program it to not accept a certain bug. That’s not the same. Besides, the immune system is already built to fight off things. If it can’t it’s because it’s been compromised by something else. I see a host of comments coming about “extra vitamin C” and whatever else, which is also bunk. A healthy immune system doesn’t need extra gas in the tank; it doesn’t have room to accept it. Just eat well and do basic things like hand washing, don’t touch mucous membranes with fingers, stay normally healthy. That’s all. People’s immune systems fight off things every day and nobody ever pays any attention to that. They just go into a tizzy about something everybody knows is out there. People have no idea what all IS out there or there’d be a world of paranoid people needing Xanax.
