Shalom, Jonathan and everyone there. What a news day. I’m praying for you all, and I’ve been keeping up with your weather every day as well. I added Jerusalem to my weather so it’s at a quick glance. I’m so blessed where I am. I enjoy nice weather, not scorching heat on a daily basis (humidity is bad when it’s hot of course, around 98%😐). There are no fires or floods, the heaviest rains are hours away from here, there’s no murder rate or street violence, I don’t personally know people in danger of losing their dwellings, and no one is firing mortars and missiles at us. This is what keeps me earnestly, earnestly praying every day for everyone else as I’m thanking Him for my many blessings. I almost have a feeling of guilt because we’re calm and relatively comfortable. But, any wind can blow; something drastic happens any/everywhere and I wonder what will happen here at any given time. Every day I’m so thankful, and every day I pray for people everywhere and ask God to be with these people (kids - I always think about kids, you know). COVID will likely be the monster because of the vaccine and the masking and the delta variant, etc etc, people’s attitudes.
Israel is always in my prayers so much (and you all by name). Things surely are edgy everywhere but Jerusalem is the center of everything. God is moving, Jonathan. What a mighty Lord we serve. God bless you all so much and keep you safe. It’s good to see the news back on air and I hope you all got some good down time - well deserved. I get a sneaking feeling that behind the scenes it was more like ‘catch as catch can,’ as the saying goes. Again, God bless you all so very much. God bless Israel, and may salvation blanket Jerusalem in His Light and loving grace.
