You’re a champion rescuer, a girl after my own heart. Way to go with your labors of love for Gerber. He’s a cutie pie, Mimi!

@Terra Mater They’re adorable. Foxes are close families, so sweet. The male takes excellent care in helping with them, and helping get food for the gestating mate. Lovely!

Thank you for taking care of the little tod! I so miss my wild fox family. You did a fantastic job. They’ll feel safe having families close to you now, maybe, and you’ll have glimpses of many new families from now on. I hope you have had anyway. I miss my little fox family. I fed them in the winter, they’d come out to get food when I called them up. Soon it was just the male coming to get food, he first picked it up and took it to the then-gestational mum, then he’d feed himself before carrying more back to her. They had three beautiful kits that spring. Lovely creatures. Thanks so much for sharing. That was ingenious of you guys to rig up the basket for the mum. Cheers! Thank you again, love from the US ~~~~~ Edit: great job for your little one filming Softy!

Heroes in plain clothes. Wow, that beautiful bird of prey let the guy pet him and help him get set to get it together enough to fly off. Fantastic, excellent work.

You’re a heroine! Way to go, both of you. I’m so glad to see Bertha healthy and being a happy dog again. God bless you!

It is heartbreaking keeping one. Someone gave me a tiny baby fox and I raised him. But he couldn’t be released because he was a sun glow blue tip. They’re raised fur their fur. Bad people!

What a wonderful thing you did! Thank you for sharing this. I used to feed my critters when I lived next to the woods and I miss them: my possums, my little fox family who had kits and brought them to show them to me when I was on the front deck. They were all five, mom, dad and three kits learning to hunt. They were magnificent. And of course, Clara’s skunks who made it down the road to my neck of the woods. They all got fed, but my foxes were different. I fed them first because they stayed in their den. He can and got food to take back to his expecting mate. So fine to watch them! Their den was close to the house, not thirty yards away. Thank you again so much for sharing Copper. You’ve got great dogs too!

Foxes aren’t cannibals. His mom kept watch, waiting for her kit. You don’t know much about wildlife.

I support 4Ocean, so thank you very, very much for your work. You should maybe connect with them and they could make special bracelets honoring the sharks for your work. Sharks are special creatures, but then all of them are. They all have reasons for being in the waters of the earth. I’d really love to see 4Ocean come out with bracelets representing your vital work for our oceans.

Poor baby. That’s so sad. So many blood vessels and nerves. Dogs have ears for reasons, and docking them makes them look like “bad owner!”
