With newscomb at the helm the people of California are going to have to depend on themselves to take care of everything that higher ups ‘in charge’ are supposed to be there for. That’s going to include taking over to turn the water on in order to fight fires, police the looters, and arrest newscomb. I’d suggest arresting newscomb first. Seize his house and assets and take their state back. Get rid of any and everything leaning blue, because therein lies all the problems they have. Senseless losses at the hands of liberal corruptness. Look at all that’s gone; mile after mile of homes and businesses, eleven deaths and counting. That’s ALL on newscomb’s head.
