There’s no accounting for the low IQs of conspiracy theorists. “Cloud seeding caused these hurricanes!” According to them, it was done by the CIA, FBI, CCP, Russia, etc etc etc, and they have different reasons. Quartz silica, lithium, politics, warmongers, etc etc etc. No accounting for those IQs.
