Fact is, I prefer the economy and the geopolitics of Trump’s presidency (if people were honest they’d admit that too) than any of those, and certainly over Biden’s failures and lies and what he’s always been in politics (people don’t read). When people want to come here to be Americans and assimilate, to work and want their kids to have good lives and be proud Americans, they’re always welcome. That’s what makes America.   45. These people never know what kinds of situations they’re going into on calls, plus the times that children are trapped in between the good guys and the bad. There is family in each individual, so the count of the grieving goes up exponentially. It seems it’s something like this every day, maybe in more than one city. Senseless, just senseless. What a heartbreaking thing to hear. I worked medical, trauma, ER and step down units, and a good number of my close friends were first responders. That first response could quickly spill into the hospital and its staff. I’ve lost friends over the years, and this is something that always stays with you through the years.
