  1.  @Scott-xb7ov  I’m retired. I worked 7p7a for years and it wrecked my sleep. I don’t sleep nights and barely ever get a good days’ sleep since I suffer from a sleep disorder. I use these to sleep to, I love to listen to them, but I save them and stack them to use as sleep aids. When I don’t sleep, at least I have something to listen to that helps take nt mind off not being able to sleep. I totally understand your sleeping with these, and I call them ‘adult bedtime stories.’
