  3. They made this about race. They ignored the fact that this man, regardless of color, was menacing and threatening people, and they were afraid. Daniel Penny stepped up to protect others. He alone stepped up to the plate when no one else did. Where is this country headed if we’re no longer allowed to feel safe, if someone can’t intervene and help others? This isn’t about race. They’re making a martyr of someone who was a danger to others. He unfortunately died, but he’s guilty of his own death. He was on drugs. This is about humanity and safety, NOT RACE. We should not be so divided on anything such as this unfortunate incident. What if he’d killed someone or several people? Still a ‘martyr’ for the racists? Lord help us.

  4.  @donotcomply665  This should never have gone to trial. Bragg made a racist martyr case out of a man who stepped up and kept many people from harm or even death. Many, many prayers were asked from people everywhere. God answers prayers, and He answered these. I pray for Daniel Penny’s safety from racist mobs and rioters. I pray for all to be safe from these threats. That man who sadly died had years of violent threats, and even took a child, I read. I’m sad for his family, but that guy was on drugs and threatened everyone’s safety. What’s this world about, where people are held responsible for such as this? No one is safe if someone can’t step up and stop a violent, drug crazed person threatening the lives of others. Daniel Penny did not cause that man’s death, he caused his own.
