Place the triangle onto the inside of your shirt and chest/t-shirt. MarcusPix uses this technique and with a cheap lav, dude audio sounds studio quality on a very windy day on the beach. Best technique I've seen and heard to cancel wind from a lav mic. The wind noise goes to near zero but the mic picks up your voice clear as day.
