I can tell you how I snap back.
Exercise
Jumping jacks 20x
Push ups 20x
Vinegar 1x cap or 1x tablespoon
ICE cubes
Ice cubes on the roof of your mouth can shock your nervous system awake.
Cold touch
Grab in both your hand something very cold. Sports athlete's started doing this not too long ago. I learned this from my dad when I didn't want to wake up for school. He removed the carpets from the house, and made us put our feet on the cold floor bare. Instant wake up. As an adult, I grab the roof of my truck on a cold morning and just hold the bars. It boost testosterone and energy in the body.
Brush your teeth 🪥
You can use toothpaste, or baking soda+vinegar. Brushing your teeth actually effects how you feel. Use vinegar to prewash, floss, brush, spit (you don't need to wash your mouth afterwards, that defeats the purpose of brushing your teeth). In 30min you wash your mouth, but the toothpaste or baking soda+vinegar needs time to work.
Waste
Poop 💩 Pooping is very important, you almost need to give yourself an enema, get it out. DO NOT brush your teeth in your bathroom! Do Not leave anything you intend to put on your body or in your body in your bathroom. When you shit, and flush, the fecal matter sprays all over your restroom. This is why bathroom cabinets were introduced I think, but you're better off just taking EVERYTHING out of your bathroom. If your toothbrush is exposed, you're just brushing your teeth with your own poop 💩 😅
Air Ways
Clear your nose (air ways). Blow your nose 1 side at a time. You can also use a vapor inhaler (menthol).
Cheating: 5hr energy basic mixed inside Gatorade. Sip. ONLY sip. If you gulp, you're going to have problems. Take a sip, if you want more to drink, drink something else that's not a stimulant like water, unsweetened tea without caffeine.
I munch on mixed nuts when I do this.
Yes, you need adequate sleep. (Minimum 6hrs)
Cream of tartar (big canon)
The night before, you can drink 1 cup of hot water, with 1x teaspoon or 1x tablespoon of Cream of Tartar. (This will pull all the gunk out of your intestines). Only at night before bed and with access to a working toilet!!!! If you've never had cream of tartar, use half a teaspoon b/c if your intestines is fucked, this will have you on the floor b/c it's going to rip the plaque off your intestines and you'll see it in your poop. It'll be dark black. You'll also see dead parasites 🪱 🤢 on your poop. Cream of tartar will also clean your skin from the inside. If you have bumps, pimples, cysts, etc. this will get rid of all that. Work up to 1x tablespoon and drink the hot water after stirring in one gulp if you can b/c it's nasty. The taste is very bitter and tart.
Food
Honestly don't eat if you're tired, it'll just make it worse. Maybe wait for 2hrs after you wake up to eat. Eat pickles. Pickels have a ton of electrolytes and your muscles won't fatigue as fast. So if you're on the job, grab a few pickles and you can drink the pickle juice.
