  1. Idk, I'm looking at the pics and I can't see that it's him. I've been a photographer for over 20yrs. I wouldn't be able to determine that's him from the CCTV screen grab. I live in Maryland, we have multiple people that look like this guy and I'm sure there's more in other areas. The chin throws me off. The nostrils throw me off. That bulge on the back jawline. The eyebrows maybe. They need better evidence. Firearms, just an fyi are legal in MD. Now if bro didn't ditch his firearm, that's just a bit weird especially for something like this and how intelligent he is. This doesn't add up for me.
