  2. Explaining recline, I think you want to have your seat slightly reclined moving your head off center from your waist and allowing your seat to support your back. This removes the weight from over your HIPS and LOWER BACK especially TAIL BONE. Also drivers should adjust their seat periodically as they drive say once slightly per hour. I do rideshare and the amount of time I'm in a car is much higher than the avg. driver.
