  1. Females punching power is between 150-250 lbs Males punching power exceeds 1000 lbs Just assume the gentleman fighting is out putting double her punching power. Additionally men can take heavier punches than women. We are not the same 🤦🏿‍♂️ Getting hit by a man that can actually punch is the equivalent of being hit by a car. A weak man will still generate equal or more punching force exceeding an elite female boxer.
