  2. Alina, the dog food pantries aren’t enough. I live in a Texas city and people dump dogs here a lot especially now that the SPCA and the shelter are packed to excess.

  5. I do walk around as little as possible because my legs are a mess but I do have a small folding knife on my keychain. If only irresponsible people neutered and spayed their dogs!
