  4. Even if you had called the authorities, the end result would likely have been the same unless she had received intensive mental health care. One thing that I’ve noticed with hoarders, is that they can be banned from living in the house unless it’s cleaned within a certain amount of time and they STILL fight tooth and nails to keep everything.

  5. Kathy, they’re saying that you’re a hoarder from having a house and 2 storage units full of stuff. Not having mice and roaches doesn’t mean that you aren’t one.
