  2. It sounds like he’s desperately clinging to hoarding being classified as a mental health issue as an excuse for why he doesn’t improve.

  5. Who cares about what she wears? Besides that , the clients may be more open with her because she’s not “professional.” It always helped the residents who lived at the homeless shelter that I worked at.

  6. They probably were tired of trying to help him and stopped visiting like they usually do.

  7. Being soft didn’t help him the previous episode over the hoarding and they should’ve been much more aggressive about his issues.

  8. Seeing the follow up episodes of how they go right back to hoarding makes me feel even more for those who have family that have repeatedly tried to help and finally give up on them.

  9. Too bad that the lack of urgency and directness doesn’t ultimately help them since Nigel was previously filmed having his hoarded home cleared out.

  10. I think he’s just wanting someone who will help justify his reason why he’s hoarding,but,it ultimately doesn’t do any good.
