  2. I’m so glad my Mexican parents raised us to drink water and soft drinks were an occasional treat. Now that my mom is elderly, she doesn’t want to drink water and drinks Diet Pepsi a couple of times a week. I think she lost her mind!

  3. Mexican Coke sold in Mexico now has corn syrup instead of real sugar because it’s cheaper. The only Mexican Coke that has cane sugar is the Mexican Coke exported to the US.

  4. Yep, I always wanted my home to have soft drinks like some of my Caucasian friends. I’m glad my parents didn’t allow us to drink it.
