After you marry,have children,divorce, it’s not right to expect your father or brother to support your life when they have their own. That’s why you need to have an education or skills to earn money. It’s not the government’s responsibility to pay you to stay home to raise your children. Nor is it the responsibility of the tax paying parents who work.

I was an adult in 2002 and mental health issues were certainly not “taboo.” This woman is a selfish person for telling us what a horrible life she had growing up and still has 6 children that she can’t properly afford! Then she blamed everyone else for being homeless living in a tent while her layabout boyfriend doesn’t contribute.

My mother grew up in poverty with 13 other siblings,one who died from who knows what, going without food, shoes, freezing during the winter and an abusive mother who never should’ve had children. They all struggled, suffered as adults with lots of abusive marriages, depression and alcoholism. For those who claim that growing up poor is fine as long as you have “love” is flat out in denial about the lifelong consequences.

  25. JonJon I think it's very telling that Chris blamed everyone and everything that happened in his life on racism rather than seeing the one common factor in every incident is himself. I briefly knew someone like that. Every normal inconvenience that we all suffer was instead blamed on racism. She blamed racism for the manager writing her up after being late constantly and then tried to sue after being fired for missing several days. I've experienced racism, but if I never expected to do whatever I wanted and blamed it on everyone else.
