Take your car to a mechanic you trust. You'll pay a bit more, but you know that the oil was actually changed and it wasn't low grade recycled oil. I never go to those places, as I've heard too many horror stories of the motor blowing up because the cap wasn't replaced and the company will make your life hell because they won't take the blame for their greed.
