Sex isn't about making babies. It may result in that, but it's about bonding. Orgasm is nature's way of tricking you into having babies.

The very purpose of an economy is to provide the populace with goods and services. It isn't so a very few can become very rich. Hey, if you come up with a new product or have a rare individual talent, you deserve to get something for that. But can we agree that some folks have too much money when they can build their own spaceships?

"Centrist-right wing". You can be centrist or right-wing, you can't be both. I regard myself as a centrist but I'm not afraid of AOC. I don't share (all of) her views but I like her and if there were a few more like her it could drag the center back to, well, the center.

Hillary didn't lose because she was a "centrist". She lost because a) Russian interference, b) she was a lousy campaigner, c) she'd been on the receiving end of a twenty-plus year Republican spear campaign.

Except that's not true. Even after the loss in '64, they won the very next election. As for the Dems, even after the loss in '72, they won the very next election. Parties don't like to lose.
