I know that you're trying to focus mainly on trump's words here but doesn't his providing a venue (no less official a venue than the friggin' White House, in fact) give him an added layer of culpability for the words of other speakers (including his own son) that none of his admittedly artful usage of "weasel words" can remove? And how about the possible application of the conspiracy law used against the "Chicago 8"?
