Dude if you are looking at tradition male jobs, they might minority hire female, but it works both ways go traditional female like nursing being a male gives you an edge. As a basic female even though I am more drawn to say nurse I would consider taking a shot at a males job since its hard period to get a job and the things I like favor male's minorities. So hey if your average male ignored due do to minority. Step into a more fem career and you will get the privilege.

@sidecharacter7165 um I don't think names got to do in the way you think. But yes, there is a study that certain names do get paid higher. I test it out in high school there was a teacher that never seemed to remember me but treated me better gave higher marks under the name Kristen. can hand in 2 identical papers when he called out homework grades pen name Kristen was a good 10- 20 points higher.

@mrnice1976 That's why I recommend nursing to males sometimes you got to do what benefits you I should get to researching some of these fields that favor hiring women. We all need to pay bills at the end of the day if I have to go in mess things up for not being in my element hey if that's what you need to do, we all just trying to survive. @simpbeforeusleep yet of course I know males in them they ask for more money they can leave to go to next due to somewhere is always willing to pay them more to have them. @SoloRenegade Hey made phone calls about a company but nothing came i was stuck in a loop of being pass to a different attorney to the point I was being loop around to the same ones. It was a lost cause, but I did report speck up Where I think I went wrong sadly bringing race up might have gotten someone to take action. I notice a year after speaking to a person that was trying to silence me she found out the race of the few I was concern for then acted like she was hearing the corruption for the first time my guess I should have said Black lives in danger while making the phone calls maybe attorneys would have been interested. Maybe all those different Agencey would have rushed down to check it out. But your part right i likely not wasting my time next time around I not the right gender or skin color for people to even hear what I say. The only thing can do is leave the situation. It is the privileged in looks that have to take action to make a chance if they don't want it it dose not matter to majority.
