@deltacharlieecho4732 Makes so much sense guys at work seem to think you don't trust them when you like to hearing everyone's opinion first guess that's just how the brain is wire just cause I check don't mean I don't value someone's opinions and just cause am curious don't mean I didn't already decide on how I going to do something but of course could change if someone comes up with something better. Funny how you learn better from a guy on the female brain. How come mangers don't understand there needs to be instructions or at lest a an idea of what they want besides here's the start time a hint to what department they want you in would be nice to confusing having to guess and then find they had no one working in one area. Yes a leader that is clear about the objective would make this run smoother. And a man that know what they want makes things easier to follow.

@deltacharlieecho4732 It dose seem more common in women mangers but the worst one i had was a guy he would change a schedule early morning and put start time an hour before the change of when he wanted me to start. Also had a schedule in a different department in a back room that he will write but not put online so online schedule could be blank and you need to go in the store to a hidden back room to check. The possibility of a random meeting can be posted the day before in a break room but he was a bit nutty had kids and wasn't married. He also looked a bit like the mad hatter kinda cute and odd at the same time.
