@ordinaryhuman5645 but isn't that how they want people to be just show up. Aren't those people preferred all the time over the people that want to be proficient. Mangers seem to hate those that put in extra effort or don't run out the door as soon as possible hey give them exactly what they want you get a paycheck either way just less effort makes you more likeable, so less stress run out early and more chance of coworkers invited you out due to you seeming more relatable

@doctordetroit4339 Odd I took on a part time during covid holiday season over nights and the young 20s were really hard workers could be the type of work maybe draw in personality type.

@ordinaryhuman5645 So there is jobs were you legit have do the job you came in for interesting. Yep most entry jobs just want bodys not real workers perhaps its due to mangers not wanting to look bad in comparison
