Venting is the first step of getting to the root of the problem. Yes, it might not change the world one person specking up but for that one person they are getting it off their chest, so they don't punch out the next person they see in anger. Or staying silent repressed emotions can cause diseases in the body. You're on here so you seem to be ok with joker venting. Identifying the problem might not be the end of solving but is necessary to come up with the solution is the step before action. Can turn into a problem if you stay on it without taking action. You need to vent to come up with the right action plan. you need an understanding good listener to validate so as not to feel delusional. If there is this weird crap going on in the school and some guy thinks he is the only one seeing it as crazy due to everyone staying silent going along to get along the guy might end up committing suicide so being able to vent is a good thing
