@jamesjonnes the name sounds like they are searching retirement homes for 80+. But from the sounds of it they could be just dating someone a few years older not even close to being old enough to be their mother if it's an older gen Z they are late 20s. If a 26-year-old guy is dating a woman that's 30(that might still fall into gen z if not is on the cusps) that's only 4-year difference. Honestly if no one can find a decent partner and finds someone they get along with that is close in age even if not their ideal why not live together to split the cost and have a platonic relationship if you get along. Many can't afford a home on their own. not everyone comes from good families where they can stay for some it comes down to being homeless on the streets or finding a buddy.

If it's a sexless partnership to just be able to afford to live in inflation looks aren't as important as someone loyal that holds their end of the bargain someone that pays their half on time is not a headache to share a space with. @piscesmikey when it's a first pregnancy at older age there is more risks. Women that already have and then continue to have a few more later tend to be fine. What causes many genetic risks lies heavier on the fathers' genes

With inflation prices of housing next to you guys claiming young women aren't loyal I can see the reasoning. With older gen z being late 20s a woman just 30 could be only 3 years older so not a disgusting age gap like the old men aiming for young 20 while they old enough to be the women's gramps

@electrictroy2010 Well did you enjoy the car if it brought joy if you're a car person then is it really bad to live your life. It's a waste if you did it to please or prove something to others. If it was purely because it's what you like enjoy why not treat yourself once in awhile

@jakejennings5152 Although those health issue do exist it's not a huge percent. Just because majority of women that want families start in mid 20s young 30s don't mean they can't continue after 40 majority can if they want common for women to have the number of kids they want before that age, so they chose not to have more. As for a handful that are barren that early do to surgy is because they also made a choice, they don't want kids so went to an extreme measure to avoid getting pregnant

@jakejennings5152 Yet know plenty of women that had children about that age, and none has a down fact they ended up with intelligent athletic kids. Where it becomes more of a risk is if they are having their first late in life. Young women can have a downs child also. There is more to it then age of mother genetics and health of the mother are stronger factors. Older women might have higher chance of health factors but a fit healthy woman that has already given birth before is not that high a risk. A young woman on drugs or poor health is at higher odds having babies with defects then a woman that takes care of themselves that are older. Also, it has more to do with the fathers' genes for many types of defects. The baby gets its genes from both.

@realistrick What you never seen someone that looks really old for their age. That one boy was extreme rare but there is always a mix of people looking a few years older and a few years younger. Those that smoke age faster the old young boy did mention he buys cigarettes
