TCK I'm scare now most customer service is female. But hey could that be why you run into more women messing up for retail and check out positions its usually female employees and sometimes maybe 1 male teen. If I think about it the one person that gets my order right is a young guy plus the best Starbuck by me had all males the one that had females the girl could not make my drink right tried 3 times and I gave up she was sweet. Serious one of the cups was just hot water and she really look like she was trying

@michaeldavid6832 People joke around after sitting through those harassment videos personal I felt confused on the hello being harassment was likely harassing people trying to get their work done to explain it since I was paranoid due to greeting everyone all the time. Use to get yell at for not saying hi to people I hate when rules keep changing. In your cause you said the girl liked you so must likely she was playing with you maybe flirting

How do we know he didn't do anything the girl was known to be promiscuous so maybe he wanted a turn. A male that was married a school teacher and had kids came on to me he assume because i knew someone that was a stripper in college what is shocking that female did it in secret I knew I did her hair so he likely was a customer to have know about it yet he seem like a decent man in public.

@antonsimmons8519 I learned from one experience not to waste time with HR they are there to cover things up for the company not you. Now that being said In case for the future how do you go about correcting a serious problem ex Not following safety working with hazardous things no one injured yet or if they are or unaware the connection. So OSHA not going to check it out because they do things in a way to avoid like not enough reported injuries in certain time frame and keeping the number of people in that department under a certain number where for OSHA to check you need at least certain number working that area.

@michaelbrinks8089 I can get why women stuck at a dollar store has an attitude. It is common for male customers to grab so they could just be on edge. As a cashier working at one a few guys would try to grab your hand and suck your fingers. One even left his bags on purpose waited outside likely hoping to grab me had the male manger walk out to give him the bags and the guy told him no he wanted me to do it

@ifrit1937 Never said anything wrong with basic flirting but same men keep coming by grabbing at and yes girls will say no a few times and the men keep coming back yet I never reported Grape many don't. I never would accuse someone of doing wrong if they were just being friendly sure thats the normal women will say no if a guy they not interesting in hits on them the guy isn't consider doing a crime unless he keeps at it and grabs a lady. Had a guy friend touch while watching tv yes it was uncomfortable but once I told him he stopped so nothing to report or fight over just a mistake of misreading situation. The men women have issue with and report is ones that stalk grab at a few times. The one time of seeing it happen to a girl at work there was no reporting it was the first that man was in the store and he seemed drunk we laugh it off the guy wanted to bench press with her he did reach for her but I guess me coming over having a audience he paid for his things and left.

@kimlague8018 I see now One of those situations where you are force to turn a blind eye. Very traumatize from seeing this play out in situations where companies are legit poisoning people. So true reporting doesn't work instead they give you the run around and the stress makes people annoyed with you for being concern of people's safety. Before I knew what was going on It was part of my job to dump hazard waste right outside found out the town in that area also has high cancer rates might me a connection. But hey if you don't look a certain way or are of certain status you really can report they attack you instead for some reason some people don't have any rights to care because they more concern the hero be a certain type of person instead of caring about putting an end to hurting people. Ok went on rant being you go through similar how do you handle it. What would you do if you got used to a group of young people and know they are in danger, and you can't say or do anything? How do you stop thoughts in your head of seeing them die in horrible painful ways?

Haven't heard this story in media Joker the only and first I saw it covered. It doesn't seem likely this is big news and its common when a situation is put in the limelight other people normally women will share common experience. So, sounds like this guy likes to joke around nothing wrong with that but with being like that it's never good to be touching or making certain jokes around strangers that look uptight and uncomfortable in some cultures opposite genders aren't allowed to touch or be alone together. He is also old and a well know acter so in situations of someone a lot younger or not famous people can feel intimidated to speck up of their boundaries
