@IchbinX That sounds a lot like men. Base on interacting with the humans the females overall like to try to communicate weather in a B itchy tone or empathy they tend to want to discuss what's wrong where the males run when something needs to be addressed. Males on the job run avoid and hide when they think there is a problem where women confront the person or vent to others about how to solve the conflict.

@kylemendoza8860 Well the venting one isn't always helpful. But it does help the individual get it off their chest. Depending on who they vent to can lead to a solution. At least they are going about trying to fix the problem its only useful in fixing if specking with the right people. But ignoring running never fixes anything it only leads to the problem growing.
