  8.  @Exanto777  But there is PPE they give welders those helmets and special cloths to minimize exposer and on top of that don't most get train proper. Why do some companies working with things that put off flumes do so in air tight space with no air flow. Or no mentioning or offering the worker masks gloves anything. If one is doing a job they should have the right to know the risks and how to protect themselves on top of being trained how to handle toxic stuff carefully. I tried loading trucks and the management there had new hires watch safety vids and thats just handle packages not chemicals they went over lifting to avoid injures and yeah its physical work that can cause wear and tear on the body but they even had first aid in the building and everyone was aware on how to avoid injuries even though it still could happen people where trained and knew what they were doing and getting into. now base on experience of trying factory work that turned out to have highly toxic stuff they hired young or minority's. No safety training no PPE but no one was aware it was needed since they refuse to share the dangers. The set up is an accident waiting to happen the chemicals can be explosive where it was left right next to the door that had people working on electronics. If that's how companies run thing many lives are being put in unnecessary risks. on finding out how dangers that stuff was looked it up from being sick it is really downed play and people really don't know what they are dipping their hands in.
