Depends on location

@DietersYT It is not exactly willingly its many times forced out of desperation people need money low skilled bad workers can get hired elsewhere are forced to settle other option could be worse

@UrbCrafter yet a few of the best service i got was the young ones yes sometime some are bad. But many of my worst experience was middle-aged people. Sometime teens are unexperienced but most times they are at least trying at least trying to listen to customers instead of talking over you and deciding for themselves what your get more common in older. Older people in minimum wage jobs tend to be grumpy bitter miserable people. Most the teens have plans to move on and do better so less likely to carry B Itch I hate the world attitude

@ArleneAdkinsZell And that makes a huge difference you can't blame poor service on employee's if they were told and show what's expected of them then they would be better at the job people don't magically know how to run a store walking in from the street first job handed a name tag don't transfer all the ins and outs of running the place many times alone to a new employee

@UrbCrafter LOL location really dose make a difference. Yeah, I chose based on location better workers seem to be in certain areas. I don't know of any tracker supply place but there is a pattern of what's nearby to quality of people. The place by me the dumpy spot less popular shopping place nearby that has the middle-aged person thats not good To driving to other location busy spot but it happens to be a teen that really good I guess it more store that have higher traffic will put the better employees at those locations

@markallen2984 Wow I just came from different vid were one commenter mention they were putting up boundaries for that behavior not letting people be like that around them. Made me think it has become so normal that majority of people don't even realize its toxic it's just became normal speech. Only on a few rare occasions in life have I met someone that spoke up and say they don't use that language and appreciate people not to use it around them. But it's in everyday speech now that people don't even notice or adjusted to it being acceptable in certain environments
