@hitempguy Yeah I don't think I ever had a job that trained they just throw you in the most they tend to do is point you in the direction you work, and you suppose to just know or figure it out as you get bombarded with customers. Funny sometimes if customers recognized your new, they might train you a bit if they got experience LOL how I learned a cash register first job mangers also point to where you should be then claimed to be going on a breck to never be seen after customers give pointers as you go along that are blow up angry.

@cericat isn't there plenty of people that graduated with the degrees. This issue is just high school kids looking many people graduate with degrees pass got the knowledge but now don't have opportunities due to companies wanting a few years of work experience.

@zAlaska when companies are turning you down for being overqualified you likely would not have like it. corrupt companies that take advantage of people don't want to pay a fair amount for the position they tend to be doing things that are corrupt and don't want someone knowledgeable to report them so rather find someone that isn't going to know their rights. They are looking for someone they can underpay goal minimum wage. All while putting that person under high stress doing multiple positions, they aren't even qualified for.

@johnpark7972 but did you really lie many times people have experience through life even if not directly paid work you likely did have experience in the skills they were looking for
