@rossmanngroup LOL That reminds me of how I start acting for mangers that treat me like crap I start out like you making sure everything is running at its best to over time never getting any respect seeing lazy workers treated better I have thrown things in customers bags that didn't scan. Hey the customers were nice and didn't want to have to deal with a B ith manger coming over that's how it was set up mangers approval was needed for certain actions that they also took 30 mins and up to walk over an turn their key being nasty over it yet they spent most the day standing outside smoking only to complain if I didn't unload stock i was also the only cashier in store can't control that there is normally a customer to ring by the way likely did get out the same amount of stock as them only doing that one job I was taking care of customers yet somehow needed to be also unloading trucks in the back and the other worker will complain if I wasn't there helping them for a good amount of the time. So yeah, it got to the point I rather give away things for free then be stuck with a line of angry people over waiting for a lady that is going to have a very nasty attitude by the way also didn't think I was entitled to breaks so normally wasn't allowed one. Yet other employee because her title was lead, she barely worked and was being paid more. At a certain point if they are going to run the business to the ground not my problem, I will be getting paid the same either way.

@Geoff900 So true about letting people have a life over time if people can't even have a day to clean and get chores done, they will be a mess falling asleep looking sloppy.
