@MindNow Yeah everyone is different with different need if you in a city a car don't make sense but living somewhere else you can't live with out. someone with a huge family that like to entertain guest might need that mansion a single anti social likely don't need those extra rooms some people need special things for disability depending on activity some people might need a Varity of clothes someone else life style 2 basic Ts are just fine

@darksdmoon9073 Yes makes sense if items still useable but if someone buys only to replace something broken well then there is also repurpose if they can
