If only they could leave their people be and do what they like — they could develop, and exchange, and trade, and cooperate with companies, customers and institutions around the world, and earn money, and build factories and labs. But instead, they chose to threaten other countries, and brag about their capabilities, and rob their people, and steal most of the money they announced to invest in anything.
This is why they are still using ferrite core based RAM (352 bytes) and vacuum lamps in part of their missiles (people studied the remains of one missile that fell in Odessa city and didn't explode). This is why their tanks and APCs don't drive well. This is why their developer of advanced field communications didn't equip them with modern and secure equipment (their federal security agents raided and threatened him to make him give them his business). This is why their electronic warfare units don't matter as much as they announced. This is why their UAV destroyed their own oil refinery instead of wreaking havoc in the battlefield, and so on.
Even if some of their nuclear missiles ever explode (I hardly believe any of them would launch and reach the target — more likely they will fall onto their own cities), but even then the world will face an extraordinary disaster.
They can kill, but they can't win. And we shouldn't allow them.
