  2. They are welcome, but many refuse to go. Every year we have groups of people go around looking for homeless people and take them to a shelter… Many refuse unfortunately… What they do need is to go to a rehabilitation center since they have a drug and alcoholic problem. But they refuse that as well. You can help by taking them a bottle of vodka or give them some money so they can buy drugs if you really care about them that much..
