He said he had not received a fair trial because jurors in his case may have had a vested interest against acquitting, out of fear of instigating more street protests and violence. That's why the appeal lost. Maybe he should have appealed on the reason all the YouTube lawyers are suggesting :person-turqouise-waving:

  35.  @shenamariscal6200  Seeking asylum is legal. The issue is that we have such a huge backlog it will take years to process them. If they aren't processed correctly they can actually sue the government. Call it a loophole if you want, or call it working as intended, but it can't be called illegal.
