Comments by "Jay Gatsby" (@Omni0404) on "Supreme Court Won’t Hear Derek Chauvin Appeal In George Floyd Case" video.
Courts do not have unlimited time and resources. They don't see cases that have no merit.

They refuse cases that have no merit. They do this every day.

@Hyperwav3 Remember when an entire crowd of people begged the officer to take his knee of George's neck? He'll remember that during his 21 year prison sentence 🙏

Wait, who is the innocent man? Because it sure isn't the killer Derek Chauvin.

@MattyDemello It is banned, in fact it's a crime. Turns out it's second-degree murder. If police need to create an additional rule to not commit crimes then they have my full and unwavering support.

@daddukes2110 Not according to the appeals court 🙄

This sounds like a terroristic threat. Reported to the FBI.
3
@mrtruth1748 Irrelevant. That does not warrant extrajudicial killing by the state.
3
Standard judicial procedures, at its best!!

@rw0050 That question is simple. He managed to breathe briefly to say "I can't breathe" before he lost consciousness and eventually suffocated. Look at yourself. You're grasping at straws trying to say that having a knee on a persons neck for over 9 minutes can't cause suffocation.
2
@Noneyabiznez1209 If George Floyd was actually dying of an overdose as you claim, why did the officer need to kneel on his neck for 9 and a half minutes? He was either a threat or he was on death's door. It can't be both.

@YankeeDoodle2 What about low fat yogurt?

@stevejamieson8468 Odd. None of the reasons people have mentioned touch on the actual reason he appealed his case. He said he had not received a fair trial because jurors in his case may have had a vested interest against acquitting, out of fear of instigating more street protests and violence. That's why the appeal lost. Maybe he should have appealed on the reason all the YouTube lawyers are suggesting :person-turqouise-waving:

@bryanb4379 He ruined his own life by taking the life of another. So much for the "party of responsibility!"
1
I agree. He should have gotten more than 21 years for his crime.
1
All they care about is the color of the cops skin. He's white, therefore he cannot commit a crime.

Derek Chauvin was tried, convicted, and he lost his attempt at an appeal. If anybody is still pretending he's innocent they should take a long look in the mirror and don't forget to put on sunscreen because I know you sunburn like crazy.

@timz.4000 He was found guilty of second-degree murder. That's not "failing to render aid."
