  2.  @shenamariscal6200  Seeking asylum is legal. The issue is that we have such a huge backlog it will take years to process them. If they aren't processed correctly they can actually sue the government. Call it a loophole if you want, or call it working as intended, but it can't be called illegal.

  5.  @shenamariscal6200  You are flat out wrong. Just Google it. Asylum seekers need to be inside the US or at a port of entry. The reasoning for this is that cartels could camp outside of a port of entry to stop people.
