  1. A search warrant isn't a punishment for wrongdoing 🤡. They are filed when there is probable cause of a crime being committed. Tell me you don't understand the justice system without saying you don't understand the justice system lmao

  5. The National Archives made multiple requests to get the records back from trump who lied about having them and then lied about declassifying. Biden turned them in the moment they were found without even needing a request from the NA. I hope the DoJ investigates them both since it's clear that trump's transgressions were orders of magnitude worse.

  7. It is quite a bit different than what trump did. Biden’s lawyers found them and voluntarily brought them to the attention of the National Archives and turned the documents over. They were proactive and took full responsibility. They’re cooperating in all ways. Compare that to how Trump handled it. He didn’t have any. They were all planted. He had them but declassified them in his mind. He turned them all over. He refused to turn them over. They belongs to him. They didn’t ever exist…. So yes, Democrats handled it differently.

  11. Because they are completely separate unrelated cases and their investigations have no bearing on each other. The devil is in the details and we don't have them all yet. If I recall trump lied to the National Archive about having documents he did have and then hid them. The DoJ only got involved when he refused to give them back. Is that exactly what happened with Biden?
