  3. Let's say hypothetically 12 Russians are surrendering. During the surrender 1 Russian pulls out a gun and starts firing. The whole area gets sprayed and all (or most) of the Russians die. How would we assign the blame here? It's difficult. I wouldn't blame the Ukrainians, I also wouldn't blame the Russians who really surrendered. It would all be on the soldier who committed the war crime of fake surrendering.

  4. Have you even watched the video? They show footage that may implicate Ukrainian troops executing enemy soldiers who were surrendering. If this was purely pro-Ukraine propaganda they wouldn't have shown it. At least we know Ukraine will investigate the footage and hold their own accountable if need be.
