Awwwwww, you don't understand what a search warrant is? That's adorable. A search warrant isn't punishment for wrongdoing. They are issued when evidence of a crime is brought to a judge. For example, if the National Archives asked Biden multiple times for the documents and Biden didn't return them, THEN you might see a search warrant. Biden's team found them and proactively brought them back.

@vangiaido1285 You just proved you don't know what you're talking. Trump having the power to declassify is only applicable if he used that power. He didn't. The documents did not go through the declassification process proved by the fact that they still had their classification stamps. Why would he want top secret info that isn't classified? It would be worthless to him. Biden not having the power to declassify as VP is irrelevant. He had the security clearance to see the documents. Nobody has said Biden declassified them. I hope you learned something here.

@vangiaido1285 Mark Meadows was wrong. You can't declassify things with your mind. There is a process. Why did the documents have top secret classification stamps if they weren't top secret? You are so hopefully partisan it's disgusting. Edit: Also how can you or I review the documents? We can't! Because they're still classified.

It's impossible to know without learning more. Do you think the VP would drive back to the National Archives and return documents personally? No, he has staff that does that work. It's likely the mishandling happened at a lower level.
