  1. The Russian bots in the comment section tell us everything we need to know. The sanctions are working and Russia is desperate to get them to end 😂. Why else would Russia be focusing so much effort on manipulating public opinion against the sanctions?

  2. Not to mention there is no way to verify the economic information Russia gives to the IMF. They can (and probably are) making up figures out of whole cloth. The reporting system is completely reliant on trust.
