  2. I don't tthink china has permission to set up china's intelligence agenicies in hong kong due to south sea china dispute with other nations. They have to get permission from the United Nations - the letter must be agreed with other nations and national security concil during the world war 2 treaty. This is stuff i don't want to get involve. UN have laws are written by brilliant political scientists of the world. They even have a letter signed by China, KMT, stasi, etc. you can't put their otherwise other countries will dispute bigger problems than communism.
