Why they want to create drug cartel zone? NYC aren't cheap. you want keep and free housing you live south bronx with lots of hood, drugs, gangs. They sell counterfeit goods in south bronx.Why they creating slum city? to avoid high taxes, government demolish the city and make unaffordable housing for hood.. So, the hood have to take over south bronx. they don't care about money & politics but drugs. WTF?
