  1. The asset is frozen. Better ask China to throw money over there. Federal Reserve Asset Freeze and Trade Sanctions with Russia and Hong Kong. Saudi Government could also risk Asset Freeze by US government. Meaning, Saudi Arabia have to use Saudi Riyal assets.
