  2. Why 1,000 - 10,000 Expensive employees being be layoff? Wealthy Tourists spotting something they don't like. They see beer cans, animal wastes, trashes, soda plastic rings, , tissues, etc. National Park Service suppose to hike and walk around check of suspicious activities, human trafficking, big foot, UFO alien, search of 411 missing people, etc. They didn't do their job. No one was on fire tower. This is what happens.....
