  10. Love to read this Consitution law to police department --- FBI refuse to show Search Warrant paper and not even free press. Who signed Search Warrant? The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. It prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures. In addition, it sets requirements for issuing warrants: warrants must be issued by a judge or magistrate, justified by probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and must particularly describe the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.

  11. Why is police department mad? because Search Warrant paper had no name on it... it's blank listed.... believed created by foreign agents or double agent of foreign country. FBI need to show the names of search warrant. put them Congress hearing. They could be throw in jail for leaking highly sensitive and classified material of the state without full name search warrant.
